OUR EXPERIENCE SUMMARY


Mark Snoddy, is a knowledgeable consultant with a business degree, twenty-three years of general business experience and eighteen years in the Executive Search business.

He has successful recruiting experience with two major search firms, Korn/Ferry International and A.T. Kearney Executive Search.

He is a generalist, whose search assignments vary from warehouse manager to bank president, from MIS engineers to pharmaceutical chemists, and from specialized technical sales people to production engineering managers.  


Mark takes great pride in learning the needs of each unique search assignment. Each assignment provides an opportunity to learn about different businesses and particular functions within those businesses

  • We only work for the client company on a retained basis, for a specific search.
  • We do not work for candidates seeking a position.
  •  We generally will acknowledge who the client is unless the client has given the assignment XXX asked that it be a "Confidential Assignment."       
  • We work nationwide 


WHY USE A SMALL SEARCH FIRM?

The advantages of using a small firm are not something the large firms want to admit!

  • The work will be done by the person representing our firm and not delegated to an associate.
  • A smaller firm will have fewer “off-limit” companies. “Off-limit” companies are those companies that have a pre-existing relationship with major search firms. In some cases an entire industry may be “off-limits” if there are few player.
  • A small search firm will rely on original work and will not depend on unsolicited resumes or recycled resumes from previous searches.
